As part of LaTrobe University’s commitment to providing sport safety training, a Level 1 Sports Trainer Course
is being held in conjunction with Sports Medicine Australia. This is the industry’s recommended qualification
for those wishing to work as a Sports Trainer in Australian sport and usually costs $295.
Date: Sunday March 21st
Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Venue: LaTrobe University - Bundoora Western Lecture Theatre 2 (Opposite Car park 1)
Cost: $195
Information: The course is open to LaTrobe University Physiotherapy students only with a pre-requisite being a current first aid certificate (HLTFA301B). The Level 1 Sports Trainer qualification is valid for three years, during which time First Aid and CPR certificates must be kept valid. For further information regarding the course please contact
